- all-purpose flour
- Cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 7x7 square baking pan with parchment paper. Place butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Melt in microwave for 1 minute.
Whisk together until mixed well and set aside to cool.
Place brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in another large bowl.
Beat everything together for 2 to 3 until well combined.
Pour in the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
Whisk together until mixed well.
Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Stir the mixture until it's smooth.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out with moist crumbs.
Spread the marshmallows on top.
Bake again for 3 minutes.
Set aside to cool completely before cutting.
