These cupcakes are tender, perfectly moist and soft, perfect for every occasion!
They have a perfect shape with a sweet golden dome.

Ingredients For Vanilla cupcakes
- All-purpose flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Eggs at room temperature
- White Sugar
- melted Butter
- Flavourless Oil
- Vanilla extract
- Milk
Whisk together all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, beat together the eggs and sugar.
Beat on medium-high speed for 5 - 6 minutes until thick, fluffy and tripled in volume.
Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
Add in the dry ingredients and milk gradually.
Mix gently with a spatula or whisk until smooth.
Line a muffin pan and fill cupcake liners with batter. Do not overfill!
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
Transfer the cupcakes to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
