A simple method of toasting bread in a convection microwave oven on grill mode.

Ingredients

• 4 Bread slices
• 1/2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Spread butter on both sides of the bread slices.

Place them on a grill rack or a baking tray.

Cook them on grill mode for 2 - 3 minutes.

Flip them over to the other side.

Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes on the other side.

Crunchy toast is ready to serve!
