Veggie Mayonnaise Biscuit Sandwich
Veggie Mayonnaise Sandwiches are creamy, tasty and delightful and off course it's a kid friendly recipe. I have tried the same thing with biscuits (crackers) like we do biscuit topping appetizers for parties. This will be quite different and innovative to make it as a sandwich with the same sandwich stuffing. As we do in biscuit topping, you can make it as per your creativity. Mayonnaise mixed with some veggies, is a perfect choice for kids and with that convenience you can use any veggies, here I have used some cucumber, carrots and tomatoes. Serve it as a healthy appetizer or teatime snack.
The crackers which I have used in this recipe has some add-on flavors but that's not a problem if you use plain salted ones, that's gonna taste delicious. I have used salted 50 - 50 crackers and it has two different flavors like maska chaska and mathiri masthi. Try out this recipe with these flavored crackers if you could get it.
One thing which you have to keep in your mind is to use finely chopped veggies, chop it as finely as possible. You can also make it with boiled eggs, chop it finely and then add it with mayonnaise. I have also made an Indian style biscuit sandwich appetizer with potatoes and some Indian spices i.e. Cheesy Potato Biscuit sandwich, you can check that out if you want one more. Share your suggestions and feedbacks with me, since I would love to hear from you.
