I Love making puris - Made puri with cookie cutters
I Kinda found myself quite interesting, I know that I am not a kid but sometimes I do such things which make me feel like I am a stupid grown up kid, doing all juvenile stuffs. Actually I love myself for doing such things, I believe all of us have such habit. Interestingly I love making puris as I said, especially the frying part. How long I have been in my life, still I have this puerile habit of getting excited for every single puri when it puffs up while frying in hot oil. Whenever I make puris I want to make them in perfection, that's really uncomplicated if you follow a few simple effortless tricks.. Nevertheless it's well know that nobody can't be perfect all the time and it's basically a lucid dream of mine, that's what I would say.
One fine day my mom went out leaving myself in charge for making lunch for me and my brother. She already prepared aloo ki subzi for puri and the puri dough was also ready. I only have to make puris and when I started rolling the dough, the idea of using cookie cutters pops up in my mind. I love cookie cutters basically, I bought a packet of cookie cutters from amazon. They are of four different shapes (star, circle, heart and flower) and each of them have three different sizes.
Puri using cookie cutters? Sounds absolutely hilarious !!!
The real fun lies in things which you do at right time whenever you feel like doing it, without even thinking twice about your decision. It really worked out for me that day.
