Classic peanut butter cookies takes some more time and energy but these three ingredient peanut butter cookies are really life saving. These are extremely soft inside and they are super crispy outside. They are made with egg, peanut butter and sugar, off Couse only three ingredients and you don't need to add flour, or any other leavening agents. It'll be a great feast for those who love peanut butter and will satisfy your sweet cravings with it's delight.
INGREDIENTS
- PEANUT BUTTER - 1 cup
- EGG - 1
- POWDERED SUGAR - 3/4 cup
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a wide bowl add peanut butter, sugar and egg.
- Combine all the three ingredients with a spatula until you get a smooth dough.
- Once the dough is ready, start shaping your cookies. Roll a small portion of dough and shape it with a fork.
- After shaping, bake these cookies at 170℃ preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
- Transfer them to a cooling rack and let them cool down completely before serving.
STEP BY STEP PICTURES - Peanut Butter Cookies
Take 1 cup of peanut butter, 3/4 cup of powdered sugar and 1egg, keep all the three ingredients ready before starting the recipe and preheat your oven to 170℃
Take a wide bowl and start combining all the ingredients starting from peanut butter. Add 1 cup of peanut butter, you can either use store bought peanut butter or you can prepare it by yourself easily with only few ingredients like peanuts, honey and a pinch

Now add 3/4 to 1 cup of powdered sugar depends upon your sweetness. Here I have added 3/4 cups of finely powdered sugar and followed by that, crack in 1 egg.
After adding all the ingredients, combine everything with a spatula. Don't over knead it. Once you get a nice and smooth dough check for the sweetness. 3/4 cup of sugar was enough for me but if you feel like adding some more you can add another 1/4 cup.
Now scoop a small portion of dough with a spoon, start rolling it with your hands and place the rolled out dough ball on a baking tray lined with some parchment paper. Likewise start rolling all the balls and place them on tray by leaving some space between each of them.
After arranging the balls in baking tray, use a clean fork to shape the cookies. Gentle press and shape the dough balls. This is an usual way of shaping peanut butter cookies. You can also create fork impression on both the directions.
Now bake these cookies at 170℃ preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until it's done. These cookies don't expand too much and they'll get cooked quickly, that means you have to keep an eye on them to check whether they're done or not.
