One bowl Chocolate cake | Easy Chocolate cake recipe with Chocolate Ganache
This is the cake to make when a craving strikes.
It doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced baker or not, you can make this chocolate cake.
In a large bowl, whisk together both dry and wet ingredients until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven.
Make this easy 2 ingredient chocolate ganache and finish the cake.

For Cake
All-purpose flour
White sugar
unsweetened Cocoa powder
Baking soda
Baking powder
Salt
Egg
Melted Butter
Vanilla extract
Milk
boiling Water
Ingredients for Ganache frosting
Semisweet Dark chocolate
Sift together all the dry ingredients in a wide bowl.
Mix everything together.
Add in the milk, egg, vanilla extract and melted butter.
Mix well until combined.
Pour in the hot water.
Mix just until combined. Donot overmix.
Pour the batter onto a greased baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven of 180°C for 35 - 40 minutes.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 - 15 minutes.
Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Ganache frosting
Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Take cream in a microwave safe mug. Microwave the cream for 30 seconds.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and mix well until smooth.
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cake and spread it evenly.
Cut the cake into pieces and serve!
