Fondant Flowers Tutorial | Edible fondant flowers | Easy fondant decoration

Fondant decorations are perfect to decorate cupcakes, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods!

Fondant plunger cutters can be used to cut out various shapes like flowers, leaves and butterflies with not much effort.

Create beautiful, lifelike flowers and leaves using a few simple steps.

Tips on working with fondant

Always use gel food colours to colour the fondant. Don't use liquid food colour.
If fondant is too soft and sticky dust your hands and your work surface with a little cornstarch.
Cover the remaining fondant tightly with a cling film and store it in an airtight container.
If the fondant is too dry knead it well with your hands till it's pliable and soft.

Dust the work surface with a little cornstarch. Roll the fondant with a rolling pin.
Cut using Flower cutters.
Press the centre of the flower using the small end of the ball tool.
Add details using the Veining tool.
Roll the yellow fondant into small balls.
Brush a little water in the centre and place the balls.
Let them dry completely before using.
I used these flowers in my Eggless Vanilla Cake.
