Microwave Karachi halwa - Step by step pictures
In a wide microwave safe bowl, combine corn flour and sugar.
Pour in the water and food colour.
Mix everything with a whisk.
Microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
Scrape the sides of the bowl and mix well.
Microwave on high power for another 3 minutes.
Mixture with thicken up after second 3 minutes.
Mix well again with a whisk.
' Add in the chopped nuts, seeds, cardamom powder and ghee.
Mix well to combine.
