Karachi halwa in 10 minutes on Microwave | Bombay karachi halwa in microwave | Corn flour halwa



  Soft, melt in the mouth, colorful Karachi halwa on the microwave with very fewer efforts, that means no more continuous stirring!!! Karachi halwa is a delicious Indian sweet made with cornflour, sugar, and ghee. 

 This microwave halwa is perfect for absolute beginners, you won't find any difference between microwave and stovetop halwa. It is often a quicker and more convenient method, 10-minute continuous microwave cooking and I swear you'll be shocked with the results. Microwave Karachi halwa - Step by step pictures

In a wide microwave safe bowl, combine corn flour and sugar. 


Pour in the water and food colour. 



Mix everything with a whisk. 


Microwave on high power for 3 minutes. 


Scrape the sides of the bowl and mix well. 


Microwave on high power for another 3 minutes. 


Mixture with thicken up after second 3 minutes. 
 

Mix well again with a whisk. 


' Add in the chopped nuts, seeds, cardamom powder and ghee. 


Mix well to combine. 


Microwave on high power for 2 minutes. 


Mix well again. 


Finally microwave for 2 minutes on high power. 


Give a good mix and pour it immediately in a greased dish. 



Level it up with a spatula. 
 

Garnish with more nuts on top. 


Let it cooldown completely. 


Slice with a sharp knife and it's ready to serve.
