Corn and capsicum pulao - A simple yet flavourful rice dish made with boiled corn and chopped capsicum.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Ghee/oil
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Star anise
- 3 Cloves
- 1 inch Cinnamon
- A few Peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 or 2 Green chili
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup Capsicum / Bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup boiled Corn
- Salt as required
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 cup boiled long grain Rice 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
