Veg burger recipe - Indian style | Crispy veg burger | Homemade veg burger
Homemade burgers are much healthier and tastier than any kind of storebought burgers. These burgers are packed with healthy veggies and Indian flavors with a completely delicious taste. They are scrumptious, crispy, and cheesy. If you're after some healthy filling midweek meal, these veg burgers save your day!
Burgers are simple to make if you know the trick of making perfect patties. Since these are veg patties it's best to use a soft touch when moving them around or flipping. I used Indian masalas to spice up the patties, and I always prefer frying patties in oil than baking since frying makes the patties crispier. I used veggies like carrot, green peas, and potato. Feel free to use any vegetable you like, make it as healthy as you can.
