Omelette sandwich recipe | Cheesy and tasty omelette sandwich | Egg sandwich
The Omelet sandwich is basically a grab-and-go breakfast or dinner, quick to prepare and serve instantly. Everyone in my family loves it especially my dad. He says cheese brings everything together and makes the sandwich so tasty!
It's not similar to the bread omelet recipe, people confuse both. It's a sandwich made with an omelet, so its called the Omelet sandwich. Prepare the omelet in the same way as its generally prepared. For omelet, you can use veggies like carrot, bell pepper, onion, cabbage, and tomato. Tuck the cooked omelet between slices of white bread with cheese, onion and tomato slices. Grill the sandwich until lightly golden and crisp.
With two eggs I made four sandwiches, it generally depends upon the size of the bread. If you don't eat eggs you can use veg omelet in this sandwich, which is prepared with besan flour. Also, check out a few other Sandwich recipes on this blog if you're a sandwich lover like me!
