Ragda chaat - A spicy and flavourful Indian street food made with dried peas, topped with onion, tomato, sev and chaat chutneys.
Ingredients
- For The Ragda
- 1 cup Dried white peas
- 3 cups Water
- 1 or 2 medium sized Potato
- 3 tsp Oil
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 chopped Tomato
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Salt as required
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala To serve
- 2 - 3 tbsp chopped Onion
- 2 - 3 tbsp chopped Tomato
- 2 tsp Tamarind chutney
- 2 tsp Green chutney
- 2 - 3 tsp Sev
