   Now it's easy to make everyone's favorite Jelly at home on the microwave. Yes, you heard it right! This microwave wiggly dessert takes less than 10 minutes of your time. You can literally make any flavored jelly you like using this recipe and method. 

    Dissolve the agar agar in the required amount of water, mix in the desired flavor, let it set properly, and enjoy! Interesting way to treat yourself on weekends with very few ingredients and with Zero cooking experience.

Tasty rose-flavored jelly at home on the microwave in a few simple steps.

Ingredients
  • 5 grams Agar-agar
  • 1 & 3/4 cup Water + 1/4 cup to soak agar agar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Rose syrup

Instructions
  • Take water in a bowl and add the soaked agar agar.
  • Microwave on high power for 7 - 8 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture to remove any undissolved agar particles.
  • Mix in the sugar and rose syrup.
  • Pour the mixture into a tray or mold.
  • Let it set in the room temperature for 30 - 40 minutes.
  • Cut into desired shapes and enjoy!

    Rose jelly in microwave - Step by step pictures

    Soak agar-agar as per the instruction in the package.


    Take water in another bowl and add the soaked agar agar.


    Microwave on high power for 7 - 8 minutes.


    Agar agar is dissolved.


    Strain the mixture to remove any undissolved agar particles.


    Mix in the sugar and rose syrup.



    Pour the mixture into a tray or mold.


    Let it set in the room temperature for 30 - 40 minutes. No need to refrigerate!


    Cut into desired shapes and enjoy.


    You can also cut the jelly using cookie cutters.
