Microwave chocolate pudding in 2 minutes | Chocolate pudding recipe | Tasty chocolate dessert in microwave



Chocolate in any form is always a delight to eat. I know that it's addictive but let's face it. A creamy chocolaty bowl made in microwave, in just 2 minutes, can you just imagine?


This is a perfect Chocolaty surprise that you can make for your loved ones. If you don't want to make this recipe on microwave you can make it on stove top too. Take all the ingredients in a sauce pan, whisk well without any lumps and cook it on slow flame till it thickens little bit.

Super tasty microwave chocolate pudding


2 minute silky smooth chocolate pudding made in microwave.

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp. Corn flour / Corn starch
  • 3 - 5 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream (If you don't want to use cream, use 1 cup of milk.)
  • 4 to 5 drops Vanilla extract
  • 5 to 6 Chocolate biscuits (optional)
  • Ice cream or Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small microwave safe bowl, add in corn starch, sugar and cocoa powder. Mix well.
  2. Then add in some fresh cream and milk.
  3. Whisk well without any lumps.
  4. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Now microwave this mixture on high power for 2 minutes.
  6. Mix well without any lumps.
  7. Chill it on refrigerator for some time.
  8. Serve it with some ice cream or whipped cream on top.

Microwave chocolate pudding recipe - Step by Step pictures

In a microwave safe bowl, add in 3 tbsp. of corn flour and 3 - 5 tbsp. sugar. Add sugar as per your taste, I added only 3 tablespoons.


Then add in 2 tbsp. of cocoa powder.


Mix well and add in 1/4 cup of fresh cream.


Now gradually add 3/4 cup of milk and a few drops of vanilla extract. Mix well without lumps.


Microwave the mixture on high power for 2 minutes.



This is how it looks like after 2 minutes of microwave cooking.


Whisk well without any lumps.


Chill it in refrigerator for sometime before serving.


I added few crushed chocolate cookies in the bowl before adding the chocolate pudding to give it a crunchy texture. You can skip that if you don't wish to add.


Now add the chilled pudding on top of the crushed cookies.


Top it with ice cream or whipped cream.


Garnish it as per your wish and serve it.
