Apple date smoothie | Apple and dates smoothie - Healthy and tasty drink
Delicious and filling smoothie you can have for breakfast and it's filled with nutrition, that gives you instant energy to start the day. Quick and tasty smoothie that you can always rely on. Dates can be blend with any fruit that you like. Banana, mango or apple, chop it finely and blend it with dates.
I generally add more dates in these kind of smoothies, since we don't need to add any other sweetener if we add more dates. For 1 cup of milk I use 8 to 10 dates.

- 1 medium sized Apple (deseeded and chopped)
- 1 cup Milk
- 8 to 10 Dates (deseeded)

Apple date smoothie - Step by step pictures
Take one medium sized clean apple and chop it into cubes. You'll need around 3/4 cup of apple pieces. For 1 apple you can use 8 to 10 deseeded dates. You can also reduce or increase it as per your taste.
Now take them in a blender jar.
Add it 1 cup of milk. You can use any milk as per your wish. Since we have added enough dates, we don't need to add any other sweetener.
Give it a good blend.
Smoothie is ready. Enjoy it with your favorite toppings.
