Biscuit Chaat | Biscuit toppings | Quick chaat recipe
Hey guys!
Let's take about the chatpata chaat which is originated in India. There are different chaat recipes made in different parts of India which differs from the ingredients used in it and there are some common ingredients which are used in most of the chaat recipes and that includes chaat masala, onion, tomatoes, coriander, Sev (thin deepfried chickpea noodles) and chaat chutneys. Chaat masala is a special ingredient which is used in all the chaat recipes and I would say it's the most important ingredient used in chaats. You can't even imagine a chaat recipe without chaat masala. And there are many chaat chutneys like green chutney (mint chutney), sweet chutney (tamarind and date chutney), red chutney etc.
Biscuit chaat is a simple and quick chaat recipe which is made without using chaat chutneys. In this recipe I have used tomato ketchup instead of chaat chutneys but there is no particular rule that Chaat chutneys can't be used in biscuit chaat. If you want to use chaat chutneys for this recipe you can always use it.
You can also use Tomato sauce instead of ketchup since both of them works fine for this recipe. This chaat can be made with any salt biscuits or crackers as per your wish. Here I have used Maska chaska and Mathiri masti flavors of 50 - 50 biscuits. Since these biscuits have added flavors in them they tastes so good when you eat them along with the other signature ingredients which I have added especially the flavorful Chaat masala. It will definitely burst in your mouth since it's packed with loads of flavors and that's the beauty of all chaat recipes.
Don't miss out this recipe, if you are a chaat lover. It's so simple that anyone can make this recipe within minutes that too with the ingredients which are easily available at home. And you can basically alter this recipe as per your taste, that's the specialty of any chaat recipe. If you want it to be bit spicy you can add more red chilli powder. Likewise you can make it as per your taste and enjoy it!!! You can check out the video to know how I exactly make it.
