How to make Ghee Cookies - Step-by-step pictures
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Take melted ghee and powdered sugar in a bowl.
Mix together until creamy.
Sift together the all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda.
Add in the milk and mix everything together until combined.
Scoop and shape the cookies.
Decorate them with chopped nuts.
Gently press the nuts with the back of a spoon.
Arrange them on a lined baking tray.
Bake the cookies at 180°C for about 10 to 15 minutes.
