Eggless Mango Cookies | Jam Thumbprint Cookies
I have been wanting to make a cookie with mango jam for so long!
Mango jam thumbprint cookies are a delight to bake. These are eggless, so easy to make and require very few ingredients.
These tempting treats are made with a buttery cookie base and filled with homemade microwave mango jam in the centre.
You will have a hard time controlling yourself from eating the whole batch!
- Butter
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- all-purpose flour
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Mango jam
How to make Eggless Mango Cookies - Step-by-step pictures
Microwave Mango Jam
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Take butter and powdered white sugar in a bowl.
Beat together until creamy.
Mix in the vanilla extract.
Sift together the all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda.
Mix everything together until combined.
Scoop and roll out the cookies.
Gently press a well into the centre of each cookie.
Arrange them on a lined baking tray. Spoon some of the mango jam into each well.
Bake the cookies at180°C for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
