Mango Ice Cream | 3 ingredient Creamy Mango Ice Cream
Homemade Ice cream is a perfect treat for summer! Use the sweet mangoes in the season to make this delicious mango ice cream at home.
This no-churn mango ice cream is eggless, super rich and creamy with real mango flavour. This ice cream is easy to whip up with just 3 ingredients and 20 minutes of active time. No ice maker is needed!
Ingredients for Mango Ice Cream
- chopped Mango
- Heavy Whipping cream
- Condensed milk
- food colour (optional)
Peel and dice the pulp of fresh mangoes into chunks.
Blend it to a smooth puree.
Whip the cream to stiff peaks using an electric hand mixer.
Add in the condensed milk, mango puree and a few drops of food colour.
Mix gently until combined.
Add in the mango chunks and mix until combined.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer-friendly container.
Decorate with the remaining mango puree.
Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours or until set.
Scoop and serve!
