How to make Coconut cookies - Step by step pictures
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Take butter and powdered white sugar in a bowl.
Beat together until creamy.
Mix in the vanilla extract.
Add in the desiccated coconut.
Mix until combined.
Sift together the all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda.
Mix everything together until combined.
Scoop and shape the cookies.
Coat them with desiccated coconut. Press a piece of cherry on each cookie.
Arrange them on a lined baking tray.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven of 180°C for about 10 to 15 minutes.
