Papad cones | Crispy chatpata papad cones | Masala papad cones

  A Salty, tangy, and spicy twist to crispy masala papad appetizer! 

 Choose any of your favourite chatpata namkeen, mix in the chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves and spices, fill the crispy cones and enjoy immediately. Mix the onion and tomato with namkeen only when you're ready to serve. Serve the cones for snacks after a main meal, they are quite satisfying.

Papad cones - Step by step pictures

Cut the papads into 2 pieces. Roast them one by one for 2 - 3 min in a hot ungreased pan on both sides.
Make cones immediately with the help of a towel. 
Combine namkeen with chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
Add in the lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix well.
Fill the cones and serve immediately.
