A quick creamy Indian dessert made with hung curd and powdered sugar.

Ingredients

• 2 cup Yogurt/Curd
• 3 - 4tbsp Powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 2 - 3tbsp Cocoa powder
• sliced Almonds as required

Instructions

Hung curd in a muslin cloth till it loses most of its water and becomes thick and creamy.

Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and sliced nuts with the hung curd.

Serve chilled.
