Crispy oven baked potato wedges that are so easy to make, no pre-soaking or parboiling needed! Season the chopped wedges with paprika, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper.

How to cut potatoes into wedges
Cut a potato in half, then halve each half again, so you have 4 pieces.
Then cut each half in half lengthways again until you have 8 wedges!
You'll get 8 wedges from one potato.

Ingredients

• 3 - 4 Potatoes
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Salt as required
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Black pepper powder
• 1 tsp Mixed herbs

Instructions

Cut the potatoes into wedges.

Mix in all the spices and oil.

Arrange them on a baking tray lined with foil.

In a preheated oven, bake at 200°C for 25 - 30 minutes.

Serve hot!
