Ingredients

• 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
• 1/2 cup chopped Bell pepper
• Salt as required
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Oregano
• 1 pack Monaco salt crackers
• Tomato ketchup as required
• Mayonnaise as required

Instructions

Combine boiled sweet corn, chopped bell pepper, salt, black pepper powder, and oregano in a small bowl.

Spread ketchup on Monaco biscuits.

Top it with the corn mixture and garnish it with mayonnaise. Serve immediately.
