Eggless Coffee Butter Cookies | How to make Coffee Cookies
Buttery, soft and delicious coffee-flavoured cookie drizzled with melted chocolate is a sophisticated treat.
Whip up the yummy flavour of coffee into a cookie recipe with a few simple steps. Dissolve instant coffee granules in hot water or milk and allow it to cool to room temperature before adding it to your cookie dough.
I drizzled some melted chocolate on top of the cookies to make them look fancy. You can also dip the cookies halfway in melted chocolate since they taste better with chocolate.
