This healthier version of the cookie using Whole Wheat flour is still delicious and full of flavour.




Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies are chewy in the middle with slightly crispy edges and big chocolate chunks. Its a easy eggless one-bowl recipe the whole family will love! 



Ingredients for Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies 

  • Semisweet chocolate (chopped) 
  • melted Butter 
  • Powdered White sugar 
  • Powdered Brown sugar 
  • Vanilla extract 
  • Whole Wheat Flour 
  • Salt 
  • Baking soda













How to make Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies - Step by step pictures 

 
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Chop the chocolate into small chunks.
Take melted butter, powdered white sugar and brown sugar in a bowl.
Add in the vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
Sift together the whole wheat flour, salt and baking soda.
Mix everything together until combined.
Add in the chopped chocolate and mix well.
Scoop and shape the cookies. Arrange them on a lined baking tray.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven of 180°C for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
