Eggless Hide & Seek Cake | How to make Biscuit Cake | Easy Chocolate cake with only 4 ingredients
Bake a very easy, soft and tasty cake using your favourite biscuits without much effort.
Ingredients for Hide and Seek Cake
Hide and Seek biscuits
Sugar
Milk
Baking powder
For frosting
Chocolate
Milk or Cream
Break the hide and seek biscuits into small pieces.
Take the biscuits in a blender jar.
Blend to a fine powder and take it in a bowl.
Add in the sugar.
Gradually pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
Add in the baking powder and mix well.
Immediately pour the batter into a greased tin.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven of 180°C for 35 - 40 minutes.
Let the cake cool down completely before frosting.
Take chocolate and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and mix until smooth.
Cut the cake into two layers. Soak the first layer with milk and spread the chocolate ganache.
Soak the second layer with milk.
Cover the cake with chocolate ganache.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve!
