Caramel Cookie Bar Ingredients
- Melted Butter
- Brown sugar
- White sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- all-purpose flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Caramel Sauce
- Melted Chocolate
Take melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl. Beat everything together.
Add the eggs one at a time, and beat until well combined.
Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix everything together without any lumps.
Spread the cookie dough onto a lined baking tray and even it out.
Bake the cookie dough in the preheated oven of 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
Leave it to cool completely in the baking tray.
Spread the salted caramel sauce on top.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt some chocolate in the microwave.
Drizzle the melted chocolate on top and refrigerate again until set.
Slice into bars and serve!
