Fruit cupcakes - Step by step pictures

Take chopped nuts and dry fruits in a bowl. Mix in some all-purpose flour and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and sugar. Mix in the vanilla extract, melted butter and flavourless oil.
Sieve together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Fold everything together gently.
Mix in the dry fruits and nuts.
Scoop the batter into muffin liners.
Bake the cupcakes for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degree Celsius or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
