Chocolate and Vanilla Sugar Cookies | 2 flavors with 1 Cookie dough | Easy sugar cookies recipe
These Sugar Cookies are so simple to make. With one cookie dough, you can make both chocolate and vanilla sugar cookies. A chocolate sugar cookie is the same as a vanilla sugar cookie but with cocoa powder in it.

Ingredients
Instructions
Mix together the all-purpose flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Whisk in the egg and vanilla extract.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Divide the cookie dough into two portions.
For chocolate sugar cookies, mix cocoa powder and 1 tsp milk with one portion.
Wrap the cookie doughs separately with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Lightly flour the dough and roll out to ¼ inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven of 170°C for 8 - 10 minutes.
