Ingredients

• 3 tbsp melted Butter
• 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp Sugar
• 4 tbsp All-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp Baking powder
• A pinch of Salt
• 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 4 tbsp Chocolate chips

Instructions

Melt butter in the microwave and mix in the cocoa powder.

Add in the sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix everything together without any lumps.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Microwave on high power for 60 - 90 seconds.

Garnish with more chocolate chips and enjoy.
