     Chewy chocolate cookies are simple, soft, chocolaty, made with unsweetened cocoa powder and butter. These Chocolate Cookies are made without chocolate chips or chocolate chunks, but you can add if you wish to. There’s no need to chill the dough so they’re ready in minutes!

Ingredients

• 6 tbsp Butter
• 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• A pinch of Salt
• 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions

Cream together the butter and powdered sugar. Also, whisk in the vanilla extract.

Add in the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mix everything together.

Pour in the milk and mix together until well combined.

Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly. Arrange them onto a lined baking tray.

Bake them in a preheated oven of 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
