Ingredients

• 3 Burger Buns or any Buns
• 4 - 5 cloves grated Garlic
• 4 - 5 tbsp (salted, softened) Butter
• 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Coriander leaves or parsley
• 2 - 3 cubes grated Cheese
• Mixed herbs or Oregano
• Chilli flakes

Instructions

Mix grated garlic and chopped coriander leaves with butter.

Cut the burger buns into 4 pieces and spread the garlic butter.

Add the grated cheese on top, sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano. Arrange them on a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven of 160°C for 8 - 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
