Cream together the butter and sugar. Once creamed, mix in the caramel with a whisk. Sieve in the dry ingredients. Pour in the milk. Mix well until combined. Roll the cookie dough into small balls and place them onto a greased tray. Flatten the balls out slightly with the back of a spoon. Bake in a preheated oven of 180°C for 12 - 15 minutes.
