Purple Cabbage Cutlets | Mini cabbage tikkis | Cabbage cutlet squares

Cutlet is a popular deep-fried Indian starter recipe, loved by people of all age groups. It's one of the delicious ways to include a variety of veggies in the diet. The finely chopped purple cabbage gives a unique aroma and taste in this recipe and in no way its similar to the taste of white cabbage. The perfect blend of all the spices, with a crispy texture outside, makes it a really interesting snack.

Boiled potatoes have enough moisture to bind everything together so don't add water and you don't need any coating for these cutlets, the mixture is good enough to go as it is. Be sure to check out some of the other Cutlet / Tikki recipes on blog.
