Orange jelly using agar-agar | 3 ingredient Orange jelly recipe | Easy steps to make jelly at home

Who could resist a spoonful of this jiggly dessert? It’s nostalgic, irresistible, sweet, and just perfect in every way since its made without any artificial colors and flavorings! Jelly isn’t just for kids! It's a make-ahead dessert with bursting fruity flavor, sure to be an instant hit with the whole family.

Almost any flavor of fruit juice can be used in this recipe, fresh juice, or any good brand of storebought juice. I used Tropicana orange juice and instead of agar-agar, gelatin powder can also be used.

This homemade jelly looks fancy but it doesn't need any fancy ingredients and its not time-consuming as well. Be careful with the amount of sugar since the fruit juice already has a lot of sugar in it.

This wiggly jelly tastes so good on its own but if you want you can serve it with ice cream or custard. Scale the recipe up or down as per the needs.
