Watermelon sorbet | Sorbet without ice cream maker | 3 Ingredient Watermelon sorbet

Summer's the perfect time for this heavenly refreshing watermelon sorbet. You can qickly make yourself a big glass of watermelon juice or lemonade to satisfy the watermelon cravings. But a delightfully creamy frozen dessert needs a little more time and patience.

The recipe begins with freezing the freshly cubed watermelon. Sorbet is generally made with an ice cream maker. It can also be made without an ice cream maker by freezing the fruits. If you have the frozen watermelon cubes ready, sorbet can be made quickly. Juice of lemon is added to bring out the flavour of watermelon. Always keep in mind to choose good quality ripe watermelon for sorbets.
