Dalgona Candy from Squid Game | How To Make Korean Dalgona Candy

You can easily make Dalgona Candy at home to play the Squid Game Dalgona challenge. 

Korean Dalgona Candy has taken over the Internet by the popular Netflix show Squid Game. The candy is fairly simple to make with only two ingredients, sugar and baking soda!

How To Make Korean Dalgona Candy - Step by step pictures 

 Grease a tray with oil.

Take sugar in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.

Stir the sugar with a chopstick or a wooden spatula until it begins to melt.

Once all the sugar has melted and appears amber in colour, turn off the heat.

Add a pinch of baking soda, and mix vigorously until incorporated.

Pour the mixture immediately onto the prepared pan.

Use a greased flat dish to press the candy into a thin even layer.

Immediately press a shape in with a cookie-cutter.

Let it cool for 4 - 5 minutes and serve.
