How to make Chocolate-dipped Shortbread Cookies
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar until pale, light and fluffy.
Add in the flour and mix until combined.
Roll out and cut with cookie cutters.
Place the cut out shapes onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
Let them cool in the pan for 5 - 10 minutes and transfer to the wire rack to cool completely.
Melt some chocolate in the microwave.
Dip the cookies in melted chocolate.
Add sprinkles of choice.
