These 1 Ingredient Homemade Lollipops are so easy to make.
Melt the sugar in a pan, pour the melted sugar into a mould, and wait for it to cool down.
You get to choose the flavours and shape you want! That's the best part of making your own homemade lollipops.
You can also use silicone moulds for candy. Since they’re flexible, it’s easy to pop the cooled candy out of the mould.
Grease the silicone moulds with oil.
Line a large flat baking tray with parchment paper.
Arrange the lollipop sticks.
Take sugar in a pan. Cook over low heat, stirring with a spoon until sugar is completely dissolved.
Reduce heat to low and mix in the food colouring.
Pour spoonfuls of the syrup onto the baking sheet to form circles. You will need to work quickly before the candy sets.
