Beaten coffee also known as Indian Cappuccino is a creamy, frothy and airy hand Beaten Coffee, which is quite popular on social media these days! Here is how to make it at home.


How to make coffee froth for Indian Cappuccino? 

With an electric hand mixer beat together the instant coffee powder and the sugar. 

The mixture will begin to lighten and turn frothy after about 2 - 3 minutes. 

Keep beating. After about 5 minutes the mixture will begin to turn a golden brown and thicken into a smooth frothy mixture. 

Heat 1 cup of milk in a pan over medium heat, whisking continuously for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the milk is slightly frothy.

 
    You can make several servings of the froth and store it in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Indian Style Cappuccino - Step by step pictures

In a wide bowl, mix together the instant coffee powder, sugar and warm water.
With a whisk or an electric hand mixer beat for 5 - 7 minutes on medium-low speed.
Beat until the mixture becomes very light and fluffy.
Whisk milk while heating to make it frothy.
Take the required amount of beaten mixture in a coffee mug. Mix in the hot milk.
Garnish with choco powder and serve immediately.
