This is a simple restaurant-style veg Hakka noodles recipe which is perfect for a good weekend meal.
Hakka noodles - Step by step pictures
Boil water. Add the noodles with some oil.
Cook noodles as per the package instruction and drain the noodles.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry chopped garlic and green chilli for a few seconds.
Add in the sliced onion and saute for 1 minute on high flame.
Saute the carrots for around 2 minutes.
Then saute the cabbage and bell pepper for 2 - 3 minutes.
Gently mix in the cooked noodles.
Add in the soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and salt.
Mix everything well.
Serve hot!
